DRIVEY CAR PRESS DESCRIPTIONS

ONE PARAGRAPH (boilerplate)

Drivey Car is a bright voxel arcade driving game about momentum, made for iPhone, iPad, and
Apple Watch by solo developer Dave Howard of Satoru Labs. The car handles the gas all by
itself and always wants to go. You steer, thread the traffic, and hold to brake at the edge
of a crossing, then release into the gap while the train thunders past. Three free driving
modes, a shared worldwide Daily Run, four changing worlds, and a garage of unlockable voxel
cars. Free with no ads, no accounts, and no tracking; one optional $2.99 Supporter Pack adds
the Secret Agent Pursuer mode and the rest of the extras. The Apple Watch version is a
complete standalone game steered with the Digital Crown.

ONE PAGE

ABOUT THE GAME
Drivey Car is a voxel arcade driver built around one idea: the car handles the gas, so the
brake is the whole game. There is no gas pedal and no reverse. Your car always wants to go,
and the world keeps giving you reasons to stop: crossing traffic, freight trains, roadworks,
oncoming lanes. The art is spending the brake as little as you can get away with, holding at
the edge of a crossing, and releasing into the gap at exactly the right moment.

HOW IT PLAYS
Steer by dragging (or tilting) to pick your line. Hold to brake and the car plants itself at
the edge while the wall of traffic rolls by. Let go and it surges straight back up to speed.
Red lights are for everyone else: you stop for trains, never for a light. Three lives a run,
spare ones parked out on the road, instant retry.

WHAT IS IN IT
- Three free driving modes: Crossings (the gauntlet), Two-Way (an undivided country road),
Highway (eight lanes, cross the median to overtake). Highway fills in the longer you drive,
and deep in a run the cars start changing lanes. They signal first.
- Secret Agent Pursuer, a Supporter Pack pursuit mode for iPhone and iPad: take rival agents
off the road with oil slicks and spy gadgetry, mind the civilians, and climb the
Department's ranks. It keeps ramping up the way Highway does. Its own leaderboard, and its
own soundtrack: Pursuit Directive takes over for the whole run.
- The Daily Run: one shared worldwide course per day with its own 24-hour leaderboard.
- Four changing worlds that cycle as you drive, from countryside to a rusted-out dystopia.
- Road power-ups: shield, coin magnet, coin burst, spare lives.
- A garage of 8 voxel cars: the starter car, three unlocked with coins that only exist inside
the game, four in the Supporter Pack.
- Seven original soundtracks on iPhone and iPad: two free, five in the Supporter Pack.
- Five optional Game Center leaderboards: one per mode, plus the shared Daily Run board.

THE APPLE WATCH VERSION
A complete game on its own, not a companion. Steer with the Digital Crown or by tilting your
wrist, press and hold the screen to brake, quick-tap to pause. No iPhone required, and a
watch run posts to the same worldwide leaderboards as everyone else, every board except
Pursuer, which is an iPhone and iPad mode. The watch runs silent by design: haptics carry the
feedback instead.

NO NONSENSE
Free means free: no ads, no accounts, no tracking, no subscriptions. The App Store privacy
label is "Data Not Collected" and it is literal. One optional $2.99 Supporter Pack unlocks
the extras (the Secret Agent Pursuer mode, 4 premium cars, a coin doubler, the Night Drive
bonus world, 5 bonus soundtracks, and a horn) and never touches score or fairness.

ABOUT SATORU LABS
Satoru Labs is Dave Howard, a solo developer. Drivey Car is written in Swift with zero
third-party dependencies: a custom deterministic engine, a baked-voxel renderer, and a
headless test harness that proves every generated road is survivable before it ships.
