What is Drivey Car?

Drivey Car is a bright voxel driving game for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. The car handles the gas, rolling forward up an endless blocky road. You steer left and right, and hold to brake to time the gaps in crossing traffic, wait out trains at rail crossings, and swerve around the roadworks. Collect coins to open up the garage: eight voxel cars, one yours from the start, three more on coins alone, and four in the Supporter Pack. You get three lives a run, and retry is instant.

How do I brake? (and steer)

Braking is how you time the road: hold to stop at the edge of a crossing and let the traffic pass, then release into the gap and surge back up to speed. It works a little differently per device:

1. iPhone & iPad (default): drag left/right to steer; hold a second finger anywhere on the screen to brake. A red BRAKE badge appears while it's held.
2. iPhone & iPad (tilt mode): turn on tilt steering in Settings; then you steer by tilting the device, and any touch on the screen brakes.
3. Apple Watch: steer with the Digital Crown (or by tilting your wrist); press and hold the screen to brake; a quick tap pauses.

Why don't my coins and unlocked cars carry over between my iPhone and my watch?

Coins, unlocked cars, and your best score are stored per device: your watch keeps its own progress, and your iPhone and iPad keep theirs. That's what lets the game run fully offline with no account. The one thing that is shared is the worldwide Game Center leaderboards: a score set on any device lands on the board for the mode you were driving.

How do I reset my coins and progress?

Everything lives on the device itself, in the system's standard on-device storage. There's no reset button in the game, so the way to clear it is to delete the app and reinstall: that wipes coins, unlocked cars, and best scores on that device. Your Supporter Pack isn't lost, since it follows your Apple Account. Scores already posted to Game Center stay on Apple's boards.

The car drives off on its own. Is that a bug?

No, that's the game. The car handles the gas and always wants to go. Hold the brake to stop when the road demands it (crossing traffic, trains), then let go and you surge right back up to speed.

Steering feels too twitchy (or too slow).

Open Settings and adjust the steering option. On Apple Watch you can also cycle Crown sensitivity. If you prefer tilt, switch steering mode there too. On iPhone and iPad you can change it mid-run: pause, tap SETTINGS, and it takes effect the moment you resume. On Apple Watch, settings live on the start screen, so a change applies to your next run.

What exactly ends a run?

Any hit costs a life: a crossing car, a train, a roadwork barrier. You start each run with three lives (spares are parked out on the road), and when they're gone the run ends. One other thing ends a run: park for too long and the road catches up with you. Brake all you like to time a gap, but keep making progress once it opens; with haptics on you get a warning buzz first. The upside: retry is instant, so you're always one tap from the next attempt.

How do I use the leaderboard / it says I need to sign in.

Rankings use Apple's Game Center. Sign in under your device Settings → Game Center (on the watch, sign in on the paired iPhone), then finish a run. It's optional; the game is fully playable without it, and your iPhone, iPad, and watch all race the same worldwide boards. One exception: Secret Agent Pursuer is an iPhone and iPad mode, so its board doesn't show up on the watch.

Does tilt steering track my movement?

No. When tilt steering is on, the app reads the motion sensors only to move the car, live, in memory. Those readings are never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. Tilt is optional and off by default.

What's the Supporter Pack? How do I restore it?

The Supporter Pack is one optional $2.99 purchase for anyone who wants to support the game. On every device it unlocks 4 premium cars, a coin doubler, and the Night Drive bonus world. On iPhone and iPad it also adds Secret Agent Pursuer, a bonus armed-pursuit mode, plus 5 bonus soundtracks and a horn. The three regular driving modes stay free with or without it, and nothing in the pack affects a score on their leaderboards. To restore it on a new device (or after a reinstall), open Settings and tap Restore Purchases; it's also on the Supporter Pack screen. Purchases follow your Apple Account, so a pack bought on your iPhone restores on your iPad and Apple Watch signed in to the same account.

Can I get a refund for the Supporter Pack?

Apple handles every App Store refund, not us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find Drivey Car and choose Request a Refund. We have no way to issue one ourselves, but do tell us what went wrong so we can fix it.

Does Drivey Car collect my data?

No. No ads, no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Scores you post to Game Center are handled by Apple, and the optional Supporter Pack is purchased through Apple's App Store; we run no servers and see no personal data. The full policy is a two-minute read: privacy policy.

Does the Apple Watch app need my phone?

No. The watch app is a complete game that runs on its own, even with your phone out of range.
